10.00 AM - Very impressed on how this event is organised. We've seen fish market atmospheres in Godrej United and Prestige projects.. 

11-00 AM - Here comes the price. The base price is set at 6150 PSF. Emerald Tower (exclusive 3 BHK) is priced at 6700 PSF.

11-05 AM - Seeing a mini Chickpet / Avenue road here...  

11-15 AM - Well, this has been a very professional pre launch one could witness. SP has ensured its quite a simple and pleasant process in booking a home.

11-20 AM - Shapoorji Pallonji site office is a stunner. This shows the commitment and seriousness of the project. No wonder, Shapoorji Pallonji are rated one of the best in India.

11-22 AM - If you plan to visit the office, dont miss to watch the video of Shapoorji Pallonji (in the media room). All the P's, B's and S's (Builders) need to pick a leaf from SP.

11-25 AM - I see a bank manager here distributing his business cards for Home Loans. LOL. Smart guy.

11-28 AM - Good Job done by the management at the site. They were really patient, helpful and supportive to all the buyers here waiting to book a home. We hope other builders follow this too.. This can be the best sales management team second to Embassy Properties. They make you feel home before you buy a home.

Sobha Silicon Oasis - Worth the price..?

Sobha Developers have recently launched their 25 acre project near electronic city. Phase 1 of the project offers 198 apartments in 2 & 3 BHK options. 

With many options around electronic city where many projects are priced below 4500 psf, why would one buy a home at Sobha Silicon Oasis paying over 5300 psf ..?

Sobha has recently messed up a couple of projects with pricing, Sobha Concordia and Sobha Indraprastha.

Any thoughts..?
