Artha Properties have pre launched 'Neo Bangalore' project near Hoskote. Neo Bangalore aka Hoskote, is termed after the Karnataka Govt. promises to make Narsapura and Hoskote an auto Hub. KIADB has big plans to expand industrial infrastructure and few auto companies like Honda have already started operations in Narsapura.

Artha Neo Bangalore project is spread across 138 acres in three different projects; Neo Bangalore Aurum in 28 acres, Neo Bangalore Sovereign in 60 acres and Neo Bangalore Midas in 50 acres.

The above prices are for non-premium units, east and north facing units are charged 10% more. Artha is planning to increase the prices by 200 per sq.ft next week.

Artha Neo Bangalore projects are planned with good amenities and layout with proper roads, street lights, under ground cabling, land scape garden, club house and more.

Artha Neo Bangalore is planned to be launched in August-13 and site allotment and project location will only be revealed at the project launch. Artha has informed us that the project location is in 5 KM radius after the Hoskote toll booth.

Residents are restricted to build houses with a structure of G+1 floors only, houses can be self constructed or contracted with Artha.

Customers can book a plot by paying
21000 by cheque, DD, bank transfer, online credit cards etc. Plots will be allotted only in August-13.

Industrial development is on full swing on the Hoskote - Narasapura road. However, lack of IT / ITes and Banking industry presence makes it a dampener.

One of the most exciting prospects and a perfect game changer for the region is the upcoming infrastructure in the vicinity. Bangalore’s much touted Peripheral Ring Road has been given a green signal by the new government stating that the Electronic City-Whitefield phase would be the first section on which work would start. The PRR will cut straight through Varthur, significantly boosting the access to other South Bangalore regions by considerably lowering the time taken to reach there from old Madras road.
