The base prices start from 5600 PSF, this is applicable only for ground floor 3 BHK units. 4 BHK units are price from 5725 PSF and 5 BHK units from 5975 PSF. Additional costs include 2.75 lacs for car park, 50,000 for piped gas connection, Power backup for 75,000 and floor rise charges of 25 PSF.

It's really sad to see that even 5 BHK sky villa units are offered 1 car park and a very tiny terrace of 300 sq.ft.

The price too is a rip-off when compared to neighboring projects. There are next door projects with the same specifications, more amenities and better unit plans and terrace areas at half the cost.

Bottom Line: A Pricing Blunder.
