The expected base price sums to ₹ 5700 per sq.ft. approximately. We are yet to hear from the builder if the owners have access to the golf club or will have to pay for the club access. The project location is approximately 12 KM from Hennur - Outer ring road junction. The roads are quite narrow to the project site.
The project is planned to be completed in 3.5 years from the launch date, we are yet to hear the official launch date from the builders.Agents and Investors have opened bookings for Augusta Golf Village and buyers are expected to submit 2 cheques ( booking amount and 20% of the sale value).
Prestige Construction was once the pioneer in offering luxury homes and iconic structures. This has changed to a big extent in Bangalore with many builders offering the better quality homes at value prices. Agents of Prestige Constructions also state that customers have limited choice of units to choose from and the best view or corner units are not offered for sale. The pricing model by Prestige is tricky, customers only have an option of time phased payments, which means ideally one would end up paying the entire amount in the first few years itself and wait for more years to move home. The builders track record of time between pre launch to launch hasn't been great. Prestige Glenwood almost took more than 8 months and we are yet to hear on Prestige Misty waters launch date.
Customers who plan to cancel the booking will be charged 1% of the sale value and repayment will be done within 12 weeks from the date of resale (when the builder finds another buyer for the cancelled unit). We recommend customers to demand interest on the booking amount as you have every right to it.
When we find excellent sales and after sales support from many service sectors, Why don't we find the same here. Other builders are a lot more transparent with better sales force and service.
