100 crore. The 9.5 acre property was acquired from Hindustan Unilever Limited (HUL) for 130 crore.

According to the company, the project will be targeted at the high-income group segment and is expected to generate revenues of
700 crore over the next 3 years.

Brigade group has opened pre launch registrations for the project. Pre launch offer is only for 3 and 4 BHK units. Brigade has set a pre launch registration amount of
