This sums the total cost of a 2900 sq.ft villa to 2.3 crores (exclusive regn.). The initial booking amount of 20% of unit value is expected by the builders.


Location: Gran Carmen is located adjacent to Decathelon on Sarjapur road. The project site is approximately 4.5 KM far from Total Mall Sarjapur road, 10 KM from Koramangala and Silk board.

The project is planned to be launched on 3rd May-13 and expected to be completed in 30 months.
