Prestige Lakeside Habitat has tied up with Disney World to build Disney theme houses and amenities. This really sounds good primarily because Disney being a global brand. It's quite evident that Disney Theme is primarily targeted towards kids.

On the neighborhood, accessibility to Whitefield or Sarjapur road are very less in KM terms and major schools are quite nearby, the downside; we are a bit skeptical about Varthur road, we see a traffic bottleneck at Varthur police station with the current traffic conditions and its highly unlikely that the road would be widened with Varthur market sitting right on the roads.
Prestige Construction have already proven with Shantiniketan that they can deliver massive projects. It's important to know that Prestige works on time phased payments and not construction based. A customer would end up paying the entire amount in a couple of years and wait ages for possession. The recent track record of Prestige pre launch to official launch (approvals) has taken considerable time.
If Prestige is the brand for you, go for it. If you're looking for value and better investment, there are plenty in better locations.
