Mahaveer Ranches is located on Hosa Road spread across 16 acres and is one of the largest projects by Mahaveer Group.

Pricing: The base prices start from
3850 per sq.ft for 1 BHK, 3950 for 2, 2.5 & 3 BHK and 4175 sq.ft for pent houses. Additional charges include 2.5 lacs for car parking, 2 lacs for clubhouse, 100 per sq.ft for corner flats, 200 per sq.ft for pool or premium facing flats. 25 per sq.ft is charged for units above 3rd floor.

The price sounds good with being below 4000 per sq.ft but the buidlers have covered up the margin with premium charges for clubhouse and car parking.

The project location is much closer to Hosur road than Sarjapur road and is quite close the Jail. The good side of the location being close to Hosur road and proposed metro station and the downside being narrow & high traffic road towards Sarjapur road.

The project is likely to be completed by end 2017.
