Demand for projects or home in West Bangalore is comparatively low with East or South Bangalore. This was primarily due to exorbitant prices of over 8000 PSF.

We expect stable demand if Parkwest is launched between 6000 to 6500 PSF.

Update 25th March-14- Pre launch prices have been confirmed at 6150 PSF for Olive tower and 6700 PSF for Emerald tower (3 BHK tower). These prices include the cost of 1 car park for 2 BHK and 2 car park slots for 3 BHK.

Club house charges are fixed at 4 lacs and floor rise of 50 PSF above 4th floor. PLC charges are only for units between 1st to 4th floor. This is an instant price savings of 250 PSF when compared to other builders.

Bookijng amounts have been fixed at 5 % of the agreement value and balance 15% within 30 days from the date of booking (for signing the agreement). Balance payments are linked to various construction stages.

Update 26th March-14 - We hear a price hike of 200 PSF effective today. Revised prices are 6350 PSF for Olive tower and 6850 for All booking tokens have been issued till the weekend. This is stunning response for Park West. Emerald tower is open for booking too and most of the 2BHK units have been sold out.
