The project is located quite close to DivyaSree Technopark in Whitefield. The suburb was once known for ITPL and now it hosts major IT companies like Accenture, IBM, TCS, GE, SAP and many more. Social life has improved abundantly over the last couple of years with new restaurants, malls, schools and hospitals. Whitefield is well supported with good infrastructure. These reasons make it a good choice to buy a home.

A 2 BHK in whitefield for less than 70 lakhs or a 3 BHK less than a crore with decent amenities sounds attractive, location with good social life is another advantage. The builder has a good track record on quality and project completion too. Price of 4200 per sq.ft is competitive considering the location.
The builders are charging
140 per sq.ft as infrastructure fee, this converts the base price to 4340 per sq.ft. This fee can be seen only on the detailed price list from the developers. We are yet to hear from the builders on what exactly infrastructure fee is.
