On the positive side, the price is quite lower than the surrounding projects. The price spike is primarily due to the planned metro lines.
Location: Kanakapura Road was among the few roads motorists preferred to avoid because of its numerous curves, turning it to a death trap. However, NHAI has issued a preliminary notification and will soon begin the road widening work. Kanakapura Road is a vital link to Bangalore with a traffic density of 6000 to 9000 passenger car units per hour while the existing road can only cater to 1400 passenger car units. The project location is 1.5 KM from Kanakapura road.
The Bottom line: Golden Panorama is a well planned project with decent pricing and located quite close to the Turahalli state forest. There isn't much ready to use social infrastructure like malls, cinema or shopping. Lack of IT/ITes work place or offices is also a dampener.
The good side being, there are high chances of getting Cauvery water and the metro link can boost the connectivity drastically.There are quite a few launches planned on this belt and social infrastructure will improve at its own pace.
